Shipping Rates:

HQO has a shipping and logistics department that is happy to coordinate freight for you. Whether it’s a couple of boxes, one to several pallets, or trucks loads - we are happy to provide you with a freight quote.

All of our pricing is FOB Reno, NV.

If you have your own preferred shipping method, you can send in a truck as a CPU.

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. We typically take 1-2 days to process your order. We also offer overnight and priority shipping. This is not including weekends or holidays. HQO ships to all 50 US states. We do not coordinate international freight, however, you can send in your international carrier as a CPU.

You can use your FedEx account number, or UPS account number for any shipments. Please provide this information prior to ordering.

Drop Shipments:

HQO provides dropship service, whereby we can deliver half or full container loads (20-40,000 lbs.) directly from any east coast or west coast port, to your facility. This is a great way to expedite shipments that are larger in quantity.
