Raju Boligala, CEO and President
Born and raised on an organic family farm in India, Raju leads HQO with the strongest conviction for organic and sustainable agriculture. His 26 years of experience growing global food and agriculture companies includes leadership positions at Great Spice Company, now part of HQO, Herb Thyme Farms and Scotts® Miracle-Gro®. Raju was a professor at University of California, Berkley and has a Ph. D in Horticulture and Plant Pathology from Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business.
Rick May, CFO
Rick has 30 years of experience providing financial management for companies worth millions and billions.
Toby Eck, Vice President Supply Chain
Toby brings 20 years of successful international supply chain management through his experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives leading to substantial reductions in waste and cost while driving quality improvements.
Angela Keyser, Vice President of Marketing and Communications
Raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and a graduate of Cornell University, Angela is proud to put her passion for food and agriculture to work for HQO. With over 10 years of experience with some of the country’s largest commodity organizations, Angela brings an expertise and understanding of marketing and public relations that is forging a path for HQO to become a recognized leader and educator in the organic food industry.
Chad Flores, Vice President of Quality
A native of North Dakota and graduate of North Dakota State University, Chad brings a classic midwest work ethic and over 15 years of food quality, production and manufacturing experience to HQO. He has worked for some of the most recognized organic food brands and is an Organic Auditor, SQF Practitioner, and is HACCP Certified. When he’s not working, he’s enjoying the beauty of the outdoors on his Harley.
